Maintenance Assistant

Job Duties:-Custodial-Cleaning restrooms, windows, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying trash bins, etc.-Campus-Opening and closing.Campus cleanliness - (Outdoors and Indoors).Grounds Keeping - (Pulling weeds, pressure washing, leaf blowing, etc.)Minor repairs.Room Set Ups - Setting up and taking down tables and chairs. Setting up for events and special holidays.Stocking items – (kitchen supplies, office supplies, janitorial supplies, etc.)Keeping storage areas clean and orderly.Staying alert for
