About Us

Therapy Resource Group, founded in 2021, provides affordable trauma-informed counseling in Fort Mill and Rock Hill, with expanded reach into Chester, Lancaster, and Mecklenburg Counties. We offer free and reduced-fee services using evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, TF-CBT, and Brainspotting to expand access to care, reduce generational trauma, and promote healing in our communities.
