About Us
We are a family-owned, state-inspected whole animal processing facility and meat market. Our processing facility was established in 1991, originally operating as Mungo's Deer Processing.
Today, we proudly raise and process our own Black Angus cattle, providing our community with true farm-to-table beef you can taste the difference in. From pasture to processing, everything is handled right here on our farm.
We offer custom processing services for personal consumption and state-inspected processing for resale for other local farmers' cattle and hogs in our facility. During deer season, we also process wild game, continuing the tradition our business was built on.
In addition to our beef, we carry locally sourced, farm-fresh pork and chicken, along with a carefully selected assortment of other quality products in our meat market.
