LIGHT Family Wellness provides direct primary care for a more personalized focus on your health. Members contact Dr. Maxwell directly via text, phone & email. This avoids long waits for getting a response for your medical concerns. It's like having a gym-membership with your personal trainer included but it's your doctor helping you with prevention and management of acute and chronic conditions. Our in-house pharmacy is available for convenience as well as low cost labs. Where else can you can get a cholesterol panel for <$5?!? There's also no additional per visit fees!

If you are for self-employed or have a small business, you can also provide direct care to your employees for $80 or less per month. Decrease time employees need away from the office to go the urgent care or emergency room. Televisits can often handle minor issues and they don't have to wait a week to be seen.

Need help with your weight? Dr. Maxwell also provide one-on-one nutrition and weight loss management.
