De La Vega Tortillas is a Lancaster-based food manufacturer specializing in authentic Sonoran-style flour tortillas, heirloom corn tortillas, and small-batch tortilla chips.

We produce our tortillas using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients—no preservatives, no shortcuts. Our heirloom corn is nixtamalized in-house for superior flavor, texture, and digestibility, while our chips are fried in 100% olive oil, setting us apart in both quality and health standards.
