Join us for an engaging two-day event designed to connect Young Professionals and USCL students in meaningful discussions about essential career competencies.
Hosted as a series of interactive roundtables, this event offers a unique opportunity for YPs to mentor local students and exchange insights on the critical skills needed for today’s and tomorrow’s workforce.
This is more than just a networking event—it's a collaborative learning experience aimed at preparing current and future workforce leaders to excel in their careers.
Event Structure:
The event is divided into two sessions, each focused on four of the eight National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Competencies:
