Leadership Lancaster’s Legacy Grows with 36th Graduating Class

On May 22, 2025, the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce hosted a Spring Mix & Mingle at Catawba Falls Events Venue, celebrating the graduation of the Leadership Lancaster program’s 36th class. With the 2024-2025 class being the largest in the history of the program, 44 students graduated, representing 22 different businesses/organizations. Leadership Lancaster, a program led by the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, uses the community as its classroom, offering participants exposure to diverse aspects of the county, direct access to a wide range of local leaders, and meaningful opportunities for personal growth. Through this experience, the program helps cultivate a group of driven, well-equipped leaders prepared to shape the future of Lancaster County. This program also empowers each student to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges facing our community and build lasting camaraderie with their fellow classmates. Applications for the 2025-2026 program open on July 1. Learn more about the program and applying at lancasterchambersc.org/leadership-lancaster.
