October 20, 2025 – The Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Kennedy Fritz is promoted to the position of Programs & Events Manager. Kennedy has previously served as the Chamber’s Membership Specialist for the last eight months. In her new role, Kennedy will plan, implement, and lead Chamber of Commerce programs designed to benefit and enhance our members’ value and experience.  Her duties include managing current legacy Chamber programs and designing and implementing new programs approved by the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

A Lancaster, SC native, Kennedy is a graduate of Lancaster High School and earned her associate degree in the Science of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Lancaster. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration at Bay Mills Community College, a tribal school in Brimley, Michigan.
Outside of work, she loves to keep life exciting, whether that means planning a spontaneous trip or saying yes to a new experience. She also enjoys jewelry, espresso, concerts, and finding fun ways to make the most out of every day.
