Small Business of the Year- Indian Land
The Small Business of the Year Award recognizes small businesses, which are a vital part of our economy and our community. The award is presented annually to a small business that demonstrates success, community involvement, and excellent customer relations.
CRITERIA
• Nominee must be an active business with a location in Lancaster County.
• Nominee must be a member in good standing for 3 years with the Chamber of Commerce.
• Nominee must have been in business for at least 3 years.
• Nominee must be an independently owned, for-profit business with fewer than 30 employees in Lancaster County.
• Nominee must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics:
o Revenue growth and/or job growth.
o Innovative products or services.
o Provides exemplary customer service.
o Encourages and provides professional development for staff.
o Volunteers in the Lancaster County community.
