Event Structure:
The event is divided into two sessions, each focused on four of the eight National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Career Competencies:
Day 1 Topics:
Career & Self Development: Cultivating personal growth and lifelong learning.
Communication: Mastering effective verbal and written communication.
Critical Thinking: Enhancing problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Equity & Inclusion: Promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.

Professionalism: Demonstrating responsibility, work ethic, and integrity.
Teamwork: Collaborating effectively to achieve common objectives.
